Senior Business Systems Analyst

• Lead assigned projects and provide advanced technical and consultative support for complex, high-impact assignments
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned applications and current technical enhancements, methodologies, and trends
• Analyze existing systems and procedures and identify technical or procedural improvements
• Recommend business practices to optimize application-system use
• Develop operational procedures for products, services, and systems
• Design processes to meet regulatory requirements
• Develop and generate special or ad hoc reports
• Provide technical support to business units, customers, management, and other users
• Serve as liaison between software vendors and business units, and between users and corporate areas
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience
• 4 to 8+ years of related experience in Business Systems Analytics, Data Analytics, or related work
• Ability to solve complex problems and learn from people and documentation
• Highly detail oriented, curious, and process driven
• Ability to identify, manage, and influence multiple stakeholders
• Experience tracking and documenting requirements with Jira or related tools
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with technical teams and bridging business and technical requirements
• Project planning and management experience, including managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies
• Experience eliciting and documenting functional requirements and use cases
• Experience producing process flows using Visio
• Demonstrable technical skills and ability to learn technology
• Strong organization, written communication, and oral communication skills
• Experience facilitating group sessions to gather requirements and asking relevant questions to drill into details
• Experience tracking and driving deliverables to completion
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
