Hudspeth Regional Center is one of five state‑operated comprehensive regional programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, administered by the Department of Mental Health, Bureau of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
ResponsibilitiesFirst‑level Program Management and Support supervisory position accounting for the management of programs or processes within the agency. Duties include supervising lower‑level project staff; overseeing overall program quality and assurance; managing project execution; developing policy recommendations; and providing performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline. Supervisors at this level must possess the knowledge and skills to perform and review the work overseen.
