Position: Program Director for the Center of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Overview

For our client, we are seeking a Program Director For The Center Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track.

The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a mission-driven environment.

Compensation

Compensation: $68,681 – $103,001 annually

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE)
  • Lead planning and execution of entrepreneurship programs and student initiatives
  • Develop systems to enhance program effectiveness and participant engagement
  • Coordinate logistics for entrepreneurship competitions and events
  • Support student engagement through mentorship and experiential learning opportunities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience in program management, event coordination, or higher education administration
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Collaborative approach with students, faculty, and community stakeholders
