Execute the store plan to achieve established standards, sales, local marketing programs and profits by staffing, training, operating, and maintaining the store; maximize customer satisfaction.;
Meet budgeted sales targets and controllable cost targets; develop and execute local store marketing plans; respond to competitor activities to protect store business.;
Prepare and manage store budgets; communicate variances and develop plans to improve trends in controllables, Q.S.C., sales and profits.;
Hire, train, and manage subordinate managers; ensure bench strength and proper crew depth; oversee employee files and shift coverage.;
Train and develop store personnel on quality, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction; manage customer feedback and address issues promptly.
