This 3rd shift full-time on-site role, based in Madison, MS, involves supervising daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. The Shift Supervisor will oversee the performance of production teams, coordinate workflow, address operational issues, and ensure compliance with company standards. The role also involves reporting on production metrics, providing training and guidance to staff, and fostering a positive work environment while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee production teams and resolve conflicts.
• Understanding of production processes, operational planning, and problem-solving techniques.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train, motivate, and oversee staff performance effectively.
• Commitment to safety standards, quality assurance, and compliance with operational procedures.
• Proficiency with computer and production management software is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or managerial certifications are a plus.
