Dining Room Host or Hostess
Being our HOST or HOSTESS at Chick-fil-A is the PERFECT job for anyone retired with a fun and willing spirit to serve.
As the Dining Room Host/Hostess at Chick-fil-A, you'll be the friendly face that ensures our guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and positive dining experience. You'll help create the inviting environment Chick-fil-A is known for by maintaining the dining area, engaging in conversation with guests, sampling new menu items, and supporting the overall front-of-house team in whatever way needed.
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional experiences for our guests
* Smile and maintain eye contact to create a welcoming atmosphere
* Communicate enthusiastically and effectively with guests and fellow team members
* Work efficiently as part of a team, adapting to various tasks
* Uphold Chick-fil-A's values and standards at all times
* Perform other duties as assigned
* Help us maintain a consistent and clean enviornment for everyone both inside and outside of our restaurant
Qualifications:
* Consistent and reliable with a joyful and cheerful attitude
* Passionate about serving and helping others
* Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
* Detail-oriented and able to multitask
* Willing to work a flexible schedule, including peak periods and weekends and holidays
