Member Assist Cart Attendant

Position Summary

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, ensuring carts are ready and available, assisting members with loading vehicles, and creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.

Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members to notify them of delays, informing them when products are unavailable, offering alternative product options when needed, ensuring products are selected and packaged according to company policies, ensuring items are dispensed when members arrive, resolving member issues, and promoting the company’s products and services.

Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to facility management.

Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing payments, using cash registers, locating and organizing merchandise, zoning designated areas, maintaining cart availability, assisting with transporting items, and maintaining parking lot cleanliness.

Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these practices consistently.

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies and resources, collaborating with managers and coworkers, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, and recommending improvements.

Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $24.00. Additional premiums may be paid $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
