Job Overview
As Store Manager at Colony Park in Jackson, MS, you will inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and build the LEGO brand through leadership and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing store team to achieve sales and guest experience KPIs.
- Execute the LEGO service model, including completing mystery shop assessments and fostering NPS promoters.
- Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, and store presentation to the highest standards.
- Manage loss prevention, cash handling, scheduling, payroll, and inventory control.
- Recruit, select, train, and develop staff, ensuring a pipeline for future promotion.
- Implement visual merchandising and space management strategies that reflect brand values.
- Collaborate with peers and partners to drive overall business performance.
- Proven management experience in a retail environment.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems, loss prevention, cash management, scheduling, and payroll.
- Strong performance management, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Expertise in visual merchandising, space allocation, and visual standards.
- Proficient computer skills and effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to motivate a team toward an upbeat, safety‑first culture.
- Constant motion, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing.
- Vision requirements: close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
The salary range is $66,683.00 – $, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and internal equity. Full benefits details will be provided during hiring.
