Outside Sales Representative - Climate Control

A part of Sunbelt Rentals' Climate Control Service, you will be responsible for renting and selling a diverse line of portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and temporary heaters throughout your assigned territory. The typical customer base consists of commercial customers, contractors, and event companies.

In addition to cultivating existing accounts and developing new ones, you will work closely with our General Tool Division and other Specialty Divisions to provide turnkey solutions utilizing Sunbelt's wide array of equipment and services.

Outside Sales Representative – HVAC & Commercial

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in equipment rental or HVAC industry
• Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience
• Current, valid driver’s license in good standing with proof of auto insurance
• Project management, new business development and customer retention skills

• Sales track record using a solution-selling approach
• High-volume sales experience

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.

Base Pay Range: $40,000 - $58,168. Total compensation includes base pay, a company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
