HVAC Technician – Commercial – Newton, Mississippi (Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:15pm)

• Monitor, service, and maintain various cooling and heating systems used at the facility for offices and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Lead or assist the installation of new HVAC devices, coordinating purchases and contractor activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Utilize technical manuals and specialized knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues with industrial cooling systems, including air and water-based systems.
• Perform hands‑on work involving confined spaces, heights, and lifting equipment up to 50lbs, maintaining safety and efficiency throughout daily tasks.
• Maintain consistent system uptime, timely completion of maintenance and installation tasks, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero‑harm behaviors to support a world‑class safety culture.

• HVAC technical training and certifications for handling refrigerants.
• Strong understanding of industrial systems, including three‑phase electrical wiring and cooling system troubleshooting.
• Ability to read, understand, and utilize technical manuals effectively.
• Capability to work safely in confined spaces, at heights, and lift heavy equipment up to 50lbs.
• EPA
  608 Certification.

• Experience working in industrial environments with multiple heating and cooling systems.
• Familiarity with heavy industrial settings involving cooling towers.
• EPA
  608 Certification (Universal preferred).
