Warehouse Lead - 2nd Shift

This Warehouse Lead position works on site in Madison, MS

• Thursday: 6:00 P – 4:30 A
• Friday: 6:00 P – 4:30 A
• Saturday: 4:30 P – 3:00 A
• Sunday: 1:00 P – 11:30 P
• Monday: 6:00 P – 4:30 A

Executes the day‑to‑day work activities as directed by the supervisor. Responsible for positively communicating the directions of the supervisor, while leading by example in work efforts to ensure the workflow remains consistent with business needs. Will work with team members to promote and identify safety and continuous improvement opportunities.

• Under the direction of the Supervisor, provide leadership to the team through effective communications, coaching, appraising, and recognizing. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Continuously promotes safety (accident review and improvement opportunities).
• Ensures that work is available for operators and completes tasks on time.
• Directs flow of material, either inbound or outbound.
• Gives direction to Forklift Operators or Warehouse Associates to move resources to available work.
• Coordinates with fleet dispatch on schedule changes, cancellations, etc.
• May cover in absence of Warehouse Supervisor when needed.
• Perform other job‑related duties and special projects as required.
