Job Summary

Tax Accountant. Small growing public accounting firm offering a hybrid model.

• Strong general ledger, financial statement preparation, and tax knowledge with K1 partnership structures.
• Prepare tax provisions and review quarterly tax entries.
• Work with income tax audits and federal and state tax compliance.
• Prepare tax-related journal entries and corresponding general ledger reconciliations.
• Develop expertise in accounting policies, practices, tax forecasting, and FAS 109.
• Prepare financial statements, month-end close, journal entries, and tax savings for individuals, high net‑worth individuals, S-Corps, C-Corps, and partnerships.

• Experience in partnership, K1, federal, state, and local tax compliance.
• Solid knowledge of general ledger and financial statement preparation.
