Key Responsibilities- Establish, document, maintain, evolve, and facilitate GPS and Chief of Staff (CoS) standing governance, business processes and best practices.
- Facilitate GPS governance meetings, set agendas and priorities, triage topics, and drive structured discussions to enable effective decision-making and alignment among stakeholders.
- Drive simplification, standardization, and consistency of the operating rhythm and related governance across GPS.
- Identify and oversee processes and tools to evaluate performance and enable proactive data-driven risk detection and decision making.
- Develop dashboards and monitor key performance indicators to support data-driven decisions.
- Plan, manage, and lead projects and multifunctional teams implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Continuously assess GPS processes with a mindset of improvement and benchmarking.
- Stay up to date with industry trends in data analytics and visualization and bring innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide clear, engaging presentations that transform complex ideas into understandable visuals.
- Organize cultural and team-building events to promote collaboration and inclusion among CoS employees.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, data analytics, life sciences and/or business administration; 8+ years of relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong project management skills; PMP preferred.
- 4+ years in business operations, supply chain, data analytics, analytical tools, and data visualization, preferably in pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Proficient with data science/analytics platforms and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI, Solvace, Power Apps); adaptable to new digital tools.
- Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication; able to present to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize autonomously, drive results under pressure, and foster a growth mindset.
- Experience leading cross-functional, complex projects with enterprise scope and multiple sites.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Critical thinking with a fact-based, analytical approach; financial acumen and ROI awareness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines; learning agility and adaptability.
- Proven track record of fostering innovation and bringing structure to vaguely defined problems with pragmatic solutions.
- Commitment to quality in all work output.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced PowerPoint skills (including animations and multimedia).

Compensation & BenefitsLocation-based salary ranges:
Madison - Giralda - NJ - US $178,500 - $216,300;
New Brunswick - NJ - US $178,500 - $216,300;
Princeton - NJ - US $178,500 - $216,300. The starting compensation range is for a full-time employee (FTE); additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available. Final compensation depends on demonstrated experience. Benefits vary by job and location. For more details, visit
