Director, Statistical Programming

For our client, we are seeking a Director Statistical Programming to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a life sciences environment.

Location:

Madison, NJ - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $216,570 – $293,921 annually

• Lead statistical programming activities ensuring quality and timelines
• Devise recruitment and retention strategies for Statistical Programming
• Set priorities and tasks within the indication/disease area
• Engage cross-functionally with proven influencing skills
• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives
• Provide comprehensive leadership for clinical project teams
• Develop innovative strategies and technologies for clinical trials

• MS with ~10+ years of industry experience or BS with ~12+ years
• Proven history of leading business process transformations
• Expertise in attracting and retaining talent
• Operational experience in pharmaceutical drug development
• Deep understanding of clinical trial methodology and regulatory guidance
