Position Summary
We are seeking an emerging Interior Designer to join our New Jersey studio. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a range of project phases while developing core design and technical skills. Working alongside project teams, you will assist in shaping design concepts, preparing documentation, and supporting the coordination of materials, drawings, and deliverables as you build a strong foundation in professional practice.
Responsibilities- Support project teams in developing creative, concept‑driving interior design solutions, contributing ideas and helping advance assigned project components.
- Learn and apply foundational knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and building systems, and use project standards, codes, and detailing guidelines to support design and documentation across all phases.
- Assist with space planning, concept development, FF&E and materials selection, and preparation of design and construction documents (drawings, schedules, and specifications) under the guidance of project leadership.
- Manage tasks and deadlines, communicate progress and questions proactively, and incorporate feedback from project leaders to meet project commitments.
- Recent completion of a professional degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 0–3 years of interior design experience.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D modeling/rendering software, Adobe Creative Suite, Teams, and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent graphic and communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.

The expected salary range for this position is $60,000–$75,000
. We will consider relevant experience, qualifications, location, and other job‑related factors in determining compensation.
