Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Coach, Soccer in all aspect of the athletic program, including but not limited to: practice, game preparation, team management, recruiting, fundraising, community service, and player development in practice and games; in accordance with the NCAA Division philosophy.
* Support the Head Coach with administrative and office management duties.
* Oversee game supervision and perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head Coach and/or Athletics Director.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree required; collegiate playing and/or coaching experience is strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communications skills
* Proficiency with common software applications.
* Ability to effectively communicate within the university community as well as with recruits, families, officials and other external partners.
* Commitment to compliance with NCAA, conference and institutional rules and regulations.
