Job Summary: The Department of Psychology & Counseling is seeking adjunct instructors to teach various courses in the fully online MA Program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology for students in China. Courses include:
- Organizational Psychology
- Research Methods & Design
- Personnel Selection
- Psychometrics
- Behavioral Consulting
- Human Resource Development
- Lifestyle and Career Counseling
Required Qualifications:
- Online Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, MBA, or a related discipline combined with relevant professional experience.
- Ability to teach a fully online MA-level course for students in China.
- Preference given to candidates with college teaching experience.
