Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly capable Patient Liaison to serve as a key connector between patients, providers, and internal teams. This role is foundational to patient experience, operational flow, and practice growth.
The position begins with front-facing patient operations and is intentionally designed to evolve into a broader liaison role with expanded responsibility across departments. Growth in this role is performance-based, not tenure-based.

Work Schedule (Required)This role requires strict schedule reliability and rotating weekend availability. The schedule is fixed and non-negotiable:
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (split shifts)
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (rotating)
Consistent attendance and punctuality are critical to success in this role.

Core Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for new, returning, and active patients
- Manage patient scheduling and provider calendars with efficiency and clinical awareness
- Oversee front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and intake
- Coordinate patient onboarding, mapping, and follow-up across multidisciplinary care plans
- Educate patients on insurance benefits, out-of-network coverage, and financial expectations
- Coordinate internal and external referrals with accurate documentation
- Maintain compliant documentation in CureMD
- Serve as a central communication hub using Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Ring Central
- Utilize internal systems (SharePoint, reporting tools) to track patient progress
- Partner with clinical, administrative, and billing teams to optimize patient flow
- Maintain discretion and professionalism with sensitive information
- Remain calm, solution-oriented, and composed in high-volume situations
