About UsThe Trauma Consulting, Training & Clinical Services Center is a private psychotherapy practice dedicated to supporting individuals, families, and communities impacted by interpersonal violence, abuse, and trauma. We provide compassionate, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care, along with opportunities for professional training and community outreach.
Position OverviewWe are seeking passionate and skilled therapists to join our rapidly growing practice. The ideal candidates will have a strong interest and/or specialized training in trauma treatment and be committed to empowering clients through both individual and group therapy.
Responsibilities- Provide trauma-informed individual and/or group psychotherapy.
- Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in case consultation as needed.
- Engage in training opportunities and community outreach efforts.
- Adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards in social work practice.
- Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of New Jersey.
- Demonstrated interest or specialization in trauma treatment.
- Advanced trauma certifications (e.g., EMDR, TF-CBT, or others) a plus.
- Spanish-speaking ability a plus.
- Years of clinical experience a plus (new graduates with strong trauma interest will be considered).

- Full-time and part-time positions available.

- Competitive hourly rate or salary range based on experience and employment status.
- Clinical supervision provided for LSWs working toward LCSW.
