Senior Manager, WW Myeloma Cell Therapy

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Forecasting, WW Cell Therapy, independently develops, maintains, and delivers forecasts for Cell Therapy assets in the Multiple Myeloma disease area. Generates high-quality, objective forecasts that inform brand strategy, enterprise planning cycles, and cross-functional decision-making.

• Independently lead the end-to-end forecasting process for assigned Multiple Myeloma brands, using transparent assumptions.
• Integrate insights from market research, competitive intelligence, and chart audits.
• Support long-range (10-year) forecasting with structured projections while integrating short-term (1–3 year) forecasts.
• Translate complex business questions into structured forecasting analyses and scenario plans.
• Develop, maintain, and execute AI-first forecasting models (Excel-based, algorithmic, or data-enabled), ensuring calibration, documentation, and enterprise alignment.
• Perform scenario analyses and sensitivity assessments to identify drivers of uncertainty.
• Provide feedback to Forecasting Transformation, Data Science, and BI&T teams to improve forecasting logic, data pipelines, and assumption structures.
• Ensure consistency of forecasting logic across therapeutic areas and planning cycles.
• Partner with Finance, MAx, Commercial, Medical, and Worldwide teams to align assumptions and deliver a unified forecasting narrative.
• Participate in cross-functional reviews to explain forecast drivers, risks, and opportunities (unbiased POV).
• Ensure forecasts reflect real-time market dynamics, competitive signals, customer behavior, access changes, and operational considerations.
• Support enterprise planning cycles (P-cycles, Budget, LTFP) with timely, accurate inputs.
• Maintain rigorous quality control across datasets, assumptions, model logic, and outputs; ensure audit readiness and reproducibility via documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline forecasting tools, templates, and processes.
• Support adherence to standardized forecasting practices and enterprise model-risk guidelines.
• Assist with model calibration and testing of new model components in partnership with Data Science, BI&T, and Forecasting Transformation.
• Provide informal mentorship and day-to-day guidance to analysts.

• 3+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting, commercial analytics, or related quantitative fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in forecasting methodologies, scenario modeling, and use of pharmaceutical secondary data (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony).
• Experience developing or using Excel-based, algorithmic, or AI-enabled forecast models.
• Familiarity with Python or comparable analytical tools (preferred, not required).
• Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and data‑storytelling; able to present to cross‑functional partners.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, manage ambiguity, and apply structured problem‑solving.
• Commitment to rigorous quality control, model accuracy, and methodological transparency.

• Madison - Giralda - NJ - US: $152,150 - $184,370 (full-time employee/FTE basis). Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available (based on eligibility). Final pay based on demonstrated experience.

• Site-essential: 100% shifts onsite.
• Site-by-design: hybrid with at least 50% onsite.
• Field-based/remote-by-design: travel to visit customers/patients/partners and attend meetings as directed is required.
