Madison Medical & Sports Rehabilitation Center is a physician-led, multidisciplinary outpatient practice located in Madison, New Jersey. With 15+ specialty service lines operating under one roof, we deliver integrated, patient-centered care spanning sports medicine, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pain management, interventional procedures, primary care, and diagnostic services. Our mission is to provide the highest standard of clinical excellence in a collaborative, multi-provider environment — treating every patient with the sophistication, attentiveness, and continuity of care they deserve.
As we scale toward a multi-site model, we are building a team of professionals who share our commitment to quality, accountability, and innovation.
We are looking for a proactive, organized, hands-on IT professional to serve as our on-site technology resource. This is not a remote help-desk role — we need boots on the ground. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can own the practice's day-to-day technology operations, troubleshoot issues in real time, and support our infrastructure as we scale toward a multi-site model.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary on-site IT resource for all staff, providers, and leadership
- Manage and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, docking stations, network infrastructure, and peripherals
- Administer Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, One Drive), user accounts, and permissions
- Support EMR (CureMD), Paychex, Ring Central, and other practice platforms
- Coordinate with external MSP (Titanium) and vendors as needed

- Proactively identify technology improvements and support operational efficiency initiatives
- Maintain an IT asset inventory and vendor/login management system
- Support onboarding and offboarding of staff (account creation, hardware setup, access provisioning)
- 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in a healthcare or multi-location professional environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Windows OS, and basic networking
- Experience with healthcare IT systems (EMR platforms, HIPAA security requirements) preferred
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed — not someone who waits to be told what to do
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Familiarity with printer management, VoIP phone systems (Ring Central), and A/V equipment a plus
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications preferred but not required
- Must be comfortable working on-site daily in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Health insurance (medical, dental, and vision)
- 401(k) retirement plan
