Associate Attorney (Commercial Litigation)

Base pay range: $/yr – $/yr

Innovation Driven is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join the team at an outstanding law firm in Madison, New Jersey. This is a full‑time hybrid (3 days onsite/2 remote) position. • Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on Commercial Litigation matters
• Draft legal documents
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and mediations
• Negotiate with opposing counsel
• Conduct legal research and manage case deadlines
• Provide clients with advice on a variety of commercial litigation matters
• Communicate with clients and draft reports

• JD from an accredited law school
• 4‑8+ years of complex commercial/financial services litigation, class action lawsuits, real estate and construction litigation
• New Jersey bar admission required
