Associate Attorney (Commercial Litigation)
Base pay range: $/yr – $/yr
Innovation Driven is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join the team at an outstanding law firm in Madison, New Jersey. This is a full‑time hybrid (3 days onsite/2 remote) position. The law firm’s comprehensive compensation and benefits package includes discretionary bonuses, life, health, accident, and disability insurance, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, and a 401(k) plan.
Responsibilities- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on Commercial Litigation matters
- Draft legal documents
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, and mediations
- Negotiate with opposing counsel
- Conduct legal research and manage case deadlines
- Provide clients with advice on a variety of commercial litigation matters
- Communicate with clients and draft reports
- JD from an accredited law school
- 4‑8+ years of complex commercial/financial services litigation, class action lawsuits, real estate and construction litigation
- New Jersey bar admission required
