Associate Attorney

A well-established New Jersey–based law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 4–7 years of real estate law experience to support a broad-based Real Estate practice and a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have significant leasing experience and the ability to handle a wide range of sophisticated real estate matters.

The Real Estate practice spans the full breadth of the industry, including representing landlords, purchasers, and developers in strong market conditions, as well as advising distressed tenants and financial institutions on workouts and restructuring matters in challenging markets.

Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of real estate law experience
• Significant leasing experience is required
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required
• Admission to the New York Bar is a plus
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and clients

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $150,000 – $180,000
. Actual compensation may vary based on several factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, education, and any certifications or professional licenses.
