Position: Employment Lawyer | Up to $180k | Hybrid | 3-5 years experience |

A leading full-service law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of employment law experience to join its established Employment Law practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to develop a well-rounded practice that combines high-level advisory work with hands-on litigation experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience both counseling employers on a broad range of employment-related issues and representing employers in employment litigation, providing practical, strategic guidance to clients across diverse industries.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3–5 years of employment law experience
  • Experience advising employers on day-to-day employment matters, including compliance and risk management
  • Experience representing employers in employment-related litigation
  • Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required)
  • Admission to the New York Bar (a plus)
  • Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
  • The ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and clients

This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys both the counseling and litigation aspects of employment law and is looking to take on greater responsibility within a sophisticated and supportive practice.

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this role is $145,000 – $170,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
