Overview

The QC Reagents Materials Supply Planning Contractor provides executional and analytical support to the Global Cell Therapy (CT) Supply Chain organization. This role supports day-to-day planning, inventory monitoring, and reporting activities for QC reagents across the CT network, enabling continuity of supply and operational stability. The contractor operates under the direction of Supply Planning leadership and does not have people-management or strategic ownership responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Support QC reagents and materials supply planning activities across global CT network sites in alignment with established planning strategies and targets.
  • Maintain and update demand, supply, and inventory data to support forecasting and MRP activities in ERP/IBP and related planning tools.
  • Monitor inventory levels against defined safety stock and target thresholds; flag potential risks or gaps to planning leads.
  • Prepare routine supply planning reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support network reviews and decision-making.
  • Assist with execution of inventory transfers, allocations, and reconciliations across warehouses and sites, following defined processes.
  • Track critical reagent generation, qualification, and expiry timelines; escalate risks or delays as needed.
  • Support cross-functional coordination by gathering inputs from manufacturing, QC labs, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in hyper-care activities, issue tracking, and root-cause data analysis during supply disruptions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including documentation of processes, data clean-up, and testing of interim or future-state digital tools.
  • Participate in network meetings and planning forums as a supporting contributor.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, life sciences, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in supply planning, materials management, or operational supply chain support within a GMP or regulated environment.
  • Hands-on experience working with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, IBP) preferred.
  • Strong data management, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to follow standardized processes and execute tasks with accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to escalate issues clearly and proactively.
  • Working knowledge of cGMP principles and regulated supply chain environments preferred.
  • APICS or similar supply chain coursework/certification is a plus but not required.
Role Scope & Expectations
  • Individual contributor role; no direct reports.
  • Focused on execution, analysis, and operational support, not strategy ownership.
  • Expected to work closely with managers and planners to enable smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Contract role designed to scale capacity, reduce tactical load on leadership, and improve process adherence.

Minimum 50% onsite required

Compensation

The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is the following range ($31- $34.31/hr). The final compensation and benefits, determined by the employer of record ASK Staffing, Inc, will reflect assignment characteristics, experience, skills, and location. The starting hourly compensation may be subject to change.
