Position Summary
Executive Director, Reblozyl Marketing Brand Lead is the U.S. brand leader for Reblozyl and has Global (ex‑US) responsibility including lifecycle management. Accountable for driving brand performance across approved indications and shaping future growth through lifecycle management, customer engagement, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead development and execution of the U.S. Reblozyl brand strategy across all approved and future indications.
- Own brand performance, market growth, and achievement of commercial objectives.
- Develop annual brand/operating plans and resource allocation strategies.
- Drive positioning, messaging, promotional strategy, customer engagement, and omnichannel execution; ensure KPI/milestone achievement.
- Provide strategic global commercialization leadership (ex‑U.S. launch/expansion, lifecycle management, indication sequencing/prioritization).
- Integrate U.S. insights with global strategy via Global Product Team (GPT) governance.
- Partner with Global Commercial, Medical, and Development to shape brand vision, evidence strategies, and global value narratives.
- Lead cross-functional team and partner with Sales leadership; serve as senior marketing leader in governance forums.
- Build and develop a high-performing marketing organization; recruit/coach/develop talent and succession planning.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years biopharmaceutical marketing with senior leadership experience.
- Proven track record leading oncology/specialty therapeutics brands/portfolios.
- Experience with product launches, lifecycle management, and late-stage pipeline assets.
- Ability to operate effectively in matrixed global organizations; strong executive presence and influence.
- Experience with complex market access/reimbursement environments.
- Preferred: US commercialization + global brand strategy; hematology or lymphoma brand leadership.
- Compensation range: $239,080–$289,708 (plus potential incentive cash/stock based on eligibility).
