Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation

Lifepoint Rehabilitation is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified health‑care delivery network committed to your well‑being and exceptional patient care. As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our night 3‑12 shift, you will play a key role in patient recovery and independence.

Our rehab nursing team focuses on patient‑centered care, low patient ratios, and a supportive environment that promotes work‑life balance and growth.

• Perform accurate patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care suitable to the patient’s condition and age.
• Document medical necessity timely and accurately in the medical record.
• Complete and revise the interdisciplinary care plan for each patient.
• Conduct timely and accurate QI assessments.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma).
• Current RN licensure in the State of New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred but not required.
• Minimum six months of acute care or medical/surgical experience preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and rehabilitation‑focused mindset.

Schedule:

3x12, Nights (7p-7a), rotating weekends

Shift: 3x12 hour shifts (7pm-7am)

Hourly range: $35.74/hr – $48.26/hr
