Global QA Patients Operations Specialist The Global QA Patients Operations Specialist primary responsibility is to support the onboarding and maintenance of Apheresis Centers in BMS systems and tools.

• Provide Global Patient Services (GPS) system general support, data configuration approvals.
• Create and maintain new Apheresis Accounts in BMS electronic supplier system (Veeva‑SQM).
• Create and maintain documentation in BMS electronic documentation system (Veeva‑BMSDocs).
• Complete daily entry of data in the onboarding Tracker tool.
• Interact with American and European technical departments both orally and in writing (English required).
• Quality Operations and Systems Support including deviation management, change management, CAPA, compliance guidance.
• Contribute to Key Performance Indicator metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish a collaborative environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent.
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow assignments through to completion.
• Innovative, proactive, and resourceful; committed to quality and continuous improvement.
• Independent decision-making capability and conceptual thinking with an understanding of impact of decisions, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).

This position does not require travel.

Contract assignment hourly compensation ranges from $28 to $31.13 per hour.
