Executive Director, GxP Center of Excellence (CoE) at Bristol Myers Squibb, leading enterprise-wide GxP quality strategies across GCP, GLP, and GVP domains.
Responsibilities- develop and operationalize the GxP CoE strategy
- embed proactive risk management
- ensure inspection readiness
- oversee global inspection and vendor quality oversight
- drive digital transformation in quality systems
- Lead quality integration for combination products, diagnostics, and digital health technologies, and provide GxP support for M&A activities
- Champion a culture of quality by advancing governance, risk management, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence
Bachelor’s in a scientific discipline; 15–20+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry with at least 10 years in GxP quality leadership, including regulatory inspection experience and global regulatory knowledge.
Preferred- experience in a global biopharma setting
- familiarity with GxP systems (Veeva Vault, CTMS)
- exposure to medical devices, diagnostics, or advanced modalities such as gene or cell therapies
Senior leadership role with strategic influence across R&D and quality functions.
