An established Real Estate Company in Madison, NJ is seeking a Real Estate Property Accountant to oversee the reporting and budgeting of a significant portfolio. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in commercial real estate and possess strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include leading a portfolio, processing reconciliations, and communicating with brokers. A Bachelor's degree and knowledge of Yardi are preferred.

This position offers a competitive salary between $115k and $125k.
