Madison Honda is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry‑Level Parts Advisor to join our professional team. This full‑time position offers an excellent opportunity to start your career in the automotive industry while learning and earning in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

• Salary: From $18 per hour
• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Madison, NJ 07940

• Maintain proper storage and organization of parts
• Stock shelves and manage inventory through bin counts and record keeping
• Deliver parts from the parts department to technicians
• Assist with pick‑up and delivery of parts
• Keep the department and work area clean and orderly
• Provide excellent customer service to retail customers and technicians
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Learn to order, receive, and bill parts accurately
• Gain experience assisting customers and responding to phone inquiries
• Operate Dealer Management System (DMS) software, including Reynolds and Reynolds
• Develop familiarity with Honda/Acura OEM parts catalogs and website operations

• Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• Customer‑oriented and self‑motivated team player
• Basic computer literacy
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• Flexible availability including some evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching
• Experience using a pallet jack is preferred but not required
