The Opportunity

The Northeast Regional Sales Manager, Field Sales has responsibility for the development and execution of the sales strategy. They will lead the local sales team of 20+ individual contributors to ensure delivery of business objectives and targets.

Responsibilities
  • Creates, articulates and drives the sales strategy for the Northeast sales team.
  • Leverages understanding of the local business environment to support development of the sales strategy.
  • Maintains senior relationships with top accounts.
  • Makes joint sales calls with sales representatives and channel managers.
  • Ensures optimal activity management and account management to truly understand customers and their needs.
  • Oversees forecasting and budgeting processes to align with business goals.
  • Drives campaigns to generate a healthy pipeline and yield.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    Established and successful track record in outside field sales, demonstrating consistent performance through direct, face-to-face customer engagement and a hands‑on presence in the field, with the ability to actively coach and develop sales teams while working alongside them in real customer environments.
  • Communication:
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Analytical:
    Ability to research, analyze data, and identify trends. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability:
    Innovation and problem‑solving skills that include ability to develop and propose supply chain solutions.
  • Team Player:
    Collaborative mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond for customers and colleagues alike.
  • Travel within Northeast Region: 40%
