We are currently seeking a motivated Automotive Service BDC Consultant to join our dynamic team in Madison, NJ. • Handle heavy inbound and outbound calls to schedule sales and service appointments using provided scripts.
• Log customer comments accurately and maintain up‑to‑date customer information in the database.
• Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on customer appointments, including no‑shows.
• Communicate with the Service Department to track appointment outcomes.
• Generate and send letters, postcards, and emails according to scheduled marketing timelines.
• Respond to customer inquiries from the website and internet leads through phone and email.
• Notify relevant departments when appointments are scheduled and assist with additional assigned duties.
• Meet or exceed monthly performance goals.

This is a full‑time position with a schedule to be discussed during the hiring process.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in phone communication or telemarketing, particularly in automotive, business development, or customer service, is preferred.
• Familiarity with scripts, power tracks, and alternative sales techniques.
• Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with management and customers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and comfortable with data entry and computer use.
