Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities from the front desk location;
Monitor access to the location, verify visitor information, issue passes as needed, and document arrivals, departures, and other front desk activity in accordance with site-specific protocols;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal management as appropriate;
Be at least 21 years of age;
Carry out duties with professionalism and care to maintain a welcoming environment
