Know your way around boilers, and rooftop units? CBRE is looking for a Commercial HVAC Technician who loves solving problems and keeping facilities cool, comfortable, and running smoothly. This role supports a 500k sq ft Class A Office Building with an underground parking garage in Madison, NJ and requires an expert commercial HVAC Technician to perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on building systems, equipment, and instruments.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. The shift for this role is Monday-Friday Days with Hourly Pay plus an Annual Performance Bonus.
