Foreman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Electrician​/ Electrician Installation

This role supports commercial office and technical facility projects focused on lighting installation, conduit work, wire pulling, rough-in electrical, and lighting controls. Electricians work across multiple active job sites in the Holmdel and Plainsboro, NJ areas, operating scissor lifts, following strict site safety procedures, and completing repetitive lighting tasks with accuracy through the end of the year.

• Install and configure commercial lighting fixtures and lighting control systems according to project specifications and electrical codes.

• Perform conduit installation, including bending, routing, and fastening conduit for new and existing electrical runs.

• Pull wire and complete rough-in electrical work for commercial and technical facility environments.

• Operate scissor lifts up to 20 feet to access overhead lighting, conduit, and wiring locations safely and efficiently.

• Follow all site safety procedures and use required PPE, including harnesses, level 4 protective gloves, and other safety gear.

• Support commercial office fit-outs and technical facility work, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.

• Work within a team-based structure, collaborating with other electricians and temporary workers to complete project phases.

• Maintain consistent attendance and reliability for early morning start times between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM.

• Work independently when required, managing assigned tasks and ensuring completion with minimal supervision.

• Contribute to fast-paced, deadline-driven project phases by meeting daily productivity and quality expectations.

• Strong proficiency in lighting installation and lighting controls for commercial projects.

• Hands-on experience with conduit installation, including bending, routing, and securely fastening conduit.

• Demonstrated ability in wire pulling and rough-in electrical work for commercial and technical facilities.

• Experience operating scissor lifts up to 20 feet in indoor and lift-based tasks.

• Current OSHA-10 safety certification.

• NFPA-70E certification or training for electrical safety in the workplace.

• Lift certification for safe operation of scissor lifts and related equipment.

• Ability to work safely at heights while using a harness and other fall protection equipment.

• Ability to use level 4 protective gloves and other PPE as required.

• Proven reliability for early start times, typically 6:00 AM2:30 PM, with consistent attendance.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a larger team of electricians and support staff.

• Experience in commercial office fit-outs and technical facility environments.

• Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven project phases.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when performing repetitive lighting and electrical tasks.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to site-specific safety protocols.

• Willingness to support and collaborate with a team of 16+ electricians and 34 temporary workers.

• Growth mindset and interest in advancing from apprentice-level toward journeyman-level responsibilities.
