Director
- Responsible for managing and improving all on and off the field.
- Collaborate with the Club President and Director of Coaching on a daily basis
- Problem-solve minute to minute logistics and implement workable solutions
- Assist in the creation and execution of strategic planning for the soccer operations of the club.
- Assist with the development, execution, and evaluation of all club programs.
- Expected to complete 15-20 office hours on a weekly basis (dependent among coaching schedule)
- Head Coach of 3 teams
- Lead and coach travel, recreation and other youth level soccer programs.
- Plan fun, fulfilling and educational sessions for all participants and explain the different principles and techniques of Soccer
- Work with other coaches and managers to ensure the smooth running of all programs’
- Manage your performance environment on and off the field by communicating 1x a week via email to each team.
- Complete annual player evaluations for all teams
USSF A B or C and at least 5 years of experience in youth soccer.
