- Serve as the primary contact for assigned warehouses.
- Communicate with warehouses, carriers, customers, and internal teams through phone and email.
- Monitor and enter warehouse receiving data from EDI and manual reports.
- Record lot numbers, inventory transactions, and product information in accordance with company procedures.
- Arrange outbound shipment releases and coordinate warehouse transfers.
- Process bills of lading and related documents to support accurate inventory and billing records.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records, documentation, and system information.
- Research and resolve routine inventory and shipment issues.
- Escalate service, inventory, or operational concerns when needed.
- Prioritize daily workload and complete tasks in accordance with company procedures.
- 0
-3 years in international logistics, warehouse customer service and/or order processing - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Basic Excel skills
- Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize when necessary) tasks to ensure timely completion
- Robust problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency in his or her work
- Ability to work independently, yet also be a team player
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Demonstrates proficiency in international logistics and warehouse customer service, with strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills. Capable of managing inventory records and coordinating shipments while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
