Admissions Representative - Part-time (24 hours weekly

Overview

Madison Regional Health System is seeking a part-time Admissions Representative to be a part of the Madison Regional Health System mission:
Committed to providing quality healthcare, close to home.

• Greet patients and/or their representative in a friendly manner.
• Gather demographic and payment information.
• Communicate with other departments as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, attention to detail, great telephone etiquette, computer knowledge, and the ability to multi-task in pressure/stressful situations.

• Working conditions:
  
  clean, well-lighted area with long periods of sitting and/or standing; frequent repetitive motion of the hands/wrists.
• Part-time position: 24 hours per week.
• Rotation of weekends, holidays, and various shifts/hours.

• Shift differential occurs 6pm-6am Monday–Friday, weekends, and holidays.
• Retention pay for employees who have worked at the facility for greater than one year.
• Employees receive a discount at the on-site cafeteria.
