Position: Education Specialist / Educational Coach

As an Education Specialist / Educational Coach, you’ll ignite high-quality early learning by strengthening classroom instruction and ensuring every child receives the support they deserve. This role exists to elevate educational practice across sites—so children, families, and staff experience consistent, developmentally strong learning environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide education staff in implementing developmentally appropriate practice
  • Monitor that individual child needs are recognized and addressed in classroom settings
  • Observe staff interactions with children and families and provide actionable feedback
  • Lead continuous improvement through coaching, training, and education-focused meetings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
  • 2+ years working with preschool children in an early childhood setting
  • Supervisory experience preferred
