Madison Regional Health System is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to be a part of the Madison Regional Health System mission:

Our Licensed Practical Nurse is an essential part of our Medical team and is responsible for caring for patients of various ages: infant, children, adolescent, adult, and geriatric. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, great telephone etiquette, computer knowledge, and the ability to multi-task in pressure/stressful situations are essential. South Dakota LPN license and CPR certification is required.
The working conditions will be in a clean, well-lighted area, with sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, frequent repetitive motion of the hands/wrists involved. May be required to deal with unpleasant environmental situations resulting from patient care or patient activity. Exposure to infectious disease, body fluids, odors, and dust. Will be working with a variety of medical equipment including, but not limited to: defibrillator/cardioversion equipment, suction equipment, IV pumps, chest tubes, feeding pumps, and portable cardiac monitors.
LPN positions at Madison Regional Health System are flexible! We offer 12-hour shifts and every 3rd weekend. As part of a team, we have a day, night and holiday rotation to balance your home life. You will have a unique opportunity to build your skillset by working in various departments such as medical, surgical, and areas. Full and part-time positions are available.
Full-time positions come with Madison Regional Health System's benefits package and a competitive salary. MRHS offers retention pay to individuals who have worked at the facility for greater than one year. Shift differential occurs 6pm-6am Monday-Friday, weekends, and holidays.
