Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits to deter theft and ensure a safe environment.;
Greet customers warmly and engage with them to provide quality service while monitoring for theft indicators.;
Monitor for potential safety issues on the sales floor and assist leadership with safety compliance.;
Identify theft indicators, communicate findings to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.;
Educate and train Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and loss prevention practices.
