CDL-A OTR Drivers – Dry Van | Up to $0.70 CPM

U Trucking Inc. is currently hiring experienced CDL-A OTR Drivers for dry van operations running primarily to the West Coast and Southern lanes. We are looking for reliable drivers who want strong pay, consistent freight, modern equipment, and a supportive team environment.

This is a great opportunity for drivers who want to stay moving while still having access to regular home time and dependable routes.

Pay & Miles

Drivers earn between $0.65 and $0.70 CPM, depending on experience and the region they choose to run.

• West Coast Lanes:

  • Up to $0.65 CPM

  • Approximately 4,500–5,000 miles per week

• Southern Lanes:

  • Up to $0.70 CPM

  • Approximately 3,300–4,000 miles per week

Drivers are paid on a 1099 basis and have access to steady freight and strong earning potential.

Freight & Routes

• Dry van freight

• Possible preloaded trailer pickup from Elk Grove Village, IL

• Primary running lanes:

  • West Coast

  • Southern states

• Consistent miles and reliable freight network

Most drivers are able to get home on weekends, with additional home time available when needed.

• 2021 and newer equipment

• In-house repair shop for quick maintenance and reduced downtime

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• OTR driving experience preferred

• Safe driving record

• Professional attitude and reliability
