I’m partnering with a reputable, mid-sized public accounting firm in Madison that is expanding their tax team. This firm is known for its strong client relationships, supportive leadership, manageable workloads, and commitment to employee growth—creating an environment where people stay and advance.

• Manage and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
• Serve as a key contact for clients—building long‑term, consultative relationships
• Assist in tax planning, research, and identifying opportunities for clients
• Mentor and guide staff‑level team members
• Collaborate directly with Managers and Partners on complex engagements
• Support process improvements and help shape the future of the department

• 2‑3+ years of public accounting tax experience
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA preferred
• Strong technical knowledge and willingness to continue learning
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, people‑focused environment

• Hybrid schedule (typically 2–3 days in office; flexible outside of busy season)
