Senior Accountant External Reporting

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - External Reporting We are partnering with an innovative, growth‑oriented organization to identify a Senior Accountant to join its corporate accounting team during a period of meaningful transformation.

• Prepare and file quarterly and annual SEC reports, including Form 10‑Q, Form 10‑K, and earnings releases
• Research and document conclusions on ad hoc technical accounting matters in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external auditors, responding to requests efficiently and accurately
• Assist with complex accounting entries and analysis during month‑end and quarter‑end close
• Support ongoing compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement across all financial reporting activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred
• 2+ years of experience in SEC reporting
• Hands‑on experience preparing 10‑Q and 10‑K filings

Compensation: $105,000 – $130,000
