More specifically, we are looking for a Junior Staff Accountant who is eager to grow with us and take on new challenges.

• Maintain financial records using Quick Books Online.
• Manage expenses and billing, ensuring adherence to budgets.
• Conduct audits/reconciliations and oversee incentive processes.
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Run payroll, factoring in hours, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Manage wage deductions, incentives, and compensation programs.

• Conduct performance reporting and forecasting.
• Manage Key Performance Metrics and ensure integrity in tracking and reporting.

• Promote and embody the company's core values and mission.
• Lead and inspire the team, maintaining high standards and ensuring policy compliance.

This role offers significant growth opportunities within our expanding company. For the right candidate, there is potential for this position to evolve into Senior Accountant, Finance and Administrative Manager, Controller and CFO roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• 1+ years of experience in accounting and administration.
• Proficiency in Quick Books Online, ADP Run, and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of tax filing and compliance regulations.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

The expected salary range is $55,000 - $65,000 annually based on experience.
