As they expand, they are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join their leadership team and play a key role in strengthening the financial operations of our business.

This is more than a traditional accounting role. They are seeking a hands‑on financial leader who can oversee day‑to‑day accounting functions while also providing clear, accurate reporting and insights that support business decisions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, collaborative, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

• Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintain accurate job costing and support project‑level financial tracking
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements
• Improve accounting systems, processes, and internal controls
• Partner closely with ownership to provide financial insights, reporting, and recommendations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience required
• 2+ years of experience with Quick Books, construction management software, and Excel preferred
• Strong ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities
