Salary: $55,000 to $65,000

• Manage day‑to‑day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• Monitor and maintain the AP inbox, ensuring timely processing of vendor invoices
• Enter invoices into the system and support transition toward automated processes within the ERP
• Process a steady volume of invoices each month with strong attention to accuracy
• Collaborate with a third‑party partner to resolve questions and ensure smooth processing

• 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, AP/AR, or similar accounting support role
• Experience working with ERP systems preferred
• Self‑starter who is comfortable working in a small, team‑oriented environment
