Salary: $90,000–$115,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• The Accounting manager will lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management

• Oversee month-end close process, including review of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation

• Manage job costing and project accounting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational performance

• The Accounting Manager will review and oversee sales and use tax processes and compliance

• Drive process improvements and efficiencies within accounting workflows and systems
