The following responsibilities, opportunities, and qualifications for this position are as follows:

• Leadand mentorinternal associatesas they complete audits,reviews,and compilations
• Assistsin the management and development of associates through the execution ofassurancetasks
• Build technical skillsandin-depth knowledge of clientserviceswhileworkingacross various industries
• Regularly collaboratewithshareholders,managers,and other internal leaders
• Client collaboration to work throughassurance engagements
• Participateinvarious training and CPE programs to ensure professional development
• Travel is expected, as needed, to meet firm and client needs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience providingassurance services in public accounting
• A bachelor's or master's degree in accountingor equivalent
• Mustpossessthe necessary credit hours to be eligible for CPA licensure
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
• Experience with Microsoft 365 with a strong understanding of Excel and Word
• Ability to address requests from clients and the firm ina timely, precise, and professional manner
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective in both independent work and team collaboration
• Ability to consistentlyperform services with integrity,reliability, and accuracy

• CPA designation
• Knowledge in Microsoft Teams and Zoom
• CCH accounting software experience, including Workflow, Engagement, and Practice Management
